 Below is a link to the exact workouts I did En route to win my 3 College Wrestling Titles & the Lifts that I currently do in Prep for Tournaments like ADCC & IBJJF Worlds.

 

The workout plan is structured like this...

 

and before I tell you more, just know it ain't pretty and it ain't easy. It's hard, but it'll get you in shape for grappling tournaments without a doubt.

 

It's a 7 Day split for 12 Weeks.

 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, we hit the weights. The lifting is very hypertrophy focused. Expect a lot of reps and a lot of sweat.

 

Tuesday and Thursday, we get in some early morning cardio...

One day will be fast paced and the other day will be focused on conditioning those legs...

 

Saturday is an active recovery day & Sunday is the rest day.

 

Inside of the workout plan are also some extra easter eggs about my training and diet outside of the program... 

 

This is what I do, and it works. If you can't stay disciplined for 12 weeks though, you'll get nowhere REALLY... REALLY... fast and that's on you...
