In this course I will give you the drills you need to master the FUNDAMENTAL movements for Takedowns & Takedown Defense in Wrestling & BJJ, while building that grappling cardio at the same time.

 

It will explore the BASIC MOVEMENTS that every beginner should MASTER & the movements you can continue to use as an advance grappler.

 

You will learn to move your body like a Wrestler and become a machine on the mat if you COMMIT to doing these drills.

 

The drills in this course aren't fancy. Nor am I trying to sell them as some MAGIC PILL...

 

Instead, I'm trying to guide you to the truth...

 

In fact, it's a extremely HARD truth for most people...

 

Getting good at Wrestling is NOT easy, just like getting in shape is NOT easy, but...
