27 Individual technique videos.
Ranging from 3-7 minutes long breaking down Ankle Pick Entries, Finishes, Chain Wrestling, and more. No filler, no Japanese words, no BS. Only solid technical advice.
Slow Motion & Multiple Angled examples of techniques being used.
This was a feature that I loved about Submeta, so I decided to use it with my instructional materials, too. At the end of each video, I will give you live examples at full speed and slow motion to let you see the technique from different perspectives. I'll also give multiple angles for each technique.
10-minute Q&A Video answering FAQs from you guys.
This Q&A addresses the most common questions I got about Ankle Picks, What-ifs, and more from a week of Instagram Q&As. It could have been much longer, but I wanted to address the most essential and apparent concerns with the Takedown system.
30+ Exclusive Match Videos & Rolling Videos that you can't find anywhere else.
These are matches & Rolling Videos of ME actually using the techniques (surprise to surprise). These videos include over 50 examples of techniques shown in the instructional being used. I put this free bonus in the instructional so you can put the techniques into context and see them be used at a high level (college wrestling & IBJJF No-Gi world matches included) (Seminar rolling videos included). On top of that, I will continue to add more videos as time goes on.
Streamed on my website Brandonreed3x.com (No, I don't do BJJ Fanatics.)
The videos are split into individual sections and modules, so it's simple and easy to go back and track your progress. There's no confusing 2-hour video without bookmarks. It's streamed on Kajabi for the best viewing and reviewing quality possible. My biggest beef with fanatics is its lack of organization. As much as I love BJJ fanatics, I didn't want to water down my quality of content, so instead I put the hours in to edit, separate, and post my Instructional content.
Age-friendly Content & Techniques.
The Ankle Pick and the techniques in this instructional are not going to be crazy on your body. It's a very technical system that focuses on finesse and technique over power. You'll learn how I beat guys who were 50+lbs bigger than me consistently without trying to constantly carry their weight.
